名古屋で素敵なバーの一つです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、いつも素敵な音楽が流れています。一人で行っても気分良く過ごせますし、気軽に人とコミュニケーションを取ることができます。
4 Aussies guys. Went here for drinks and darts on a thursday night few weeks ago. We stayed for hours drinking, playing darts and talking with the owner Tony who was a great host. Was playing lots of 90's and 00's Rap and Hip-Hop. Will definitely go back if I ever venture back to Nagoya

Best place I’ve known Dona for 10 years always positive respectful and happy. I highly recommend TOPS. The music and atmosphere is awesome. If you’re in Nagoya don’t miss out this is the place to go for Hip Hop music.
Nagoya tops international musical Barrit's very good, you can have fun there, you can have fun there, the staff are kind, especially his name is Tony, he's also a good person, I respect him
The place is great. I love the place because of the diversity and it's relatively cheap!! It's just that there's not much space because the place is kinda small too

全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気で、音楽もセンスが良く、トニーとドナは温かく親切な対応をしてくれます。ダーツとヒップホップも楽しめるのが魅力です。ただ、スペースが少し狭く、ピーク時には混雑することがあります。セキュリティと盗難防止対策を強化して、より安心して利用できるようにしてほしいです。1人2000円程度なので、試してみる価値はあります。
