The very fluent Chinese-Japanese-English woman at the counter really helped me out with getting me and my bicycle to the Shimanami Kaido. I highly recommended this counter to any tourist who are unsure on getting to a certain place or have specific needs like taking a bike on a bus!

While travelling here as tourists, we mistakingly purchased the wrong bus ticket from the vending machine. As we suspected we made a mistake, we asked the woman behind the information desk. Not only did she help us get a refund for the ticket, but she also informed us of a discount sale we could use to purchase the right ticket. She was so extremely helpful and friendly, she made our day. Thank you so much!
实际在三层20240716。无论在几层，谷歌导航也太不准确了，几十米，导航1公里多，怎么走都是错，实际走了好几公里。最后当地人告诉这地址是错的。
The Japanese lady who was working on September 4th, 2023, in the morning. She provided us with accurate and clear information regarding the purchase of Hiroshima 1-day tourist pass and how to travel to Miyajima using the pass. I bought my ticket from the machine - super easy and straightforward. Airport bus is on Platform 2.To get here, you’ll need to exit “exit #4” from the underground tunnel. From that exit, there’s an escalator from street level straight to the third floor where the bus terminal is.
