Very good accommodation at the end of my Japan visit.You do the check in all by yourself as there is no reception desk and is situated in an apartment complex. Please read the manual instructions on how to get in very carefully, especially regarding the door opening code as I had some problems with it at first.The flat was generously sized, and included washing machine, which I found very useful. The dryer was in a shower and worked well for drying washed clothes.The bed, though quite soft, was comfortable for me.The Wi-Fi provided was working well most times, though one time the battery got drained even though it was plugged in all the time. I would appreciate a standard WiFi router instead of this pocket WiFi.Also, in the manual and in the room itself there was a ton of warnings about what NOT to do with the garbage (i.e. do not keep it in the room after checking out, do not throw it in the waste bin at the mailbox area, but where to put it - there were only two pictures shot in the dark stating that the garbage disposal area is on the 1st floor. Please update the info so that it is clear! In the meantime for other visitors - the place is outside, on the right side of entry doors to the house - and you can unlock it by the same key that you use for your apartment.Overall these were only minor inconveniences and the stay was very pleasant. The position is also very good, with train and subway station nearby, for example, travelling to Kansai airport was simple - 10 minutes walk to train station and then around 45 minutes to the airport (Limited Express with luggage racks).I recommend this apartment especially for those that have Osaka as their final destination in Japan.
Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Kishinosato. Zona silenziosa di notte e di giorno. L'appartamento era pulito e aveva tutto il necessario, non abbiamo dovuto comprare nulla: c'erano pentole e utensili se si voleva cucinare, la lavatrice, condizionatore, balcone con bastone per stendere i vestiti, frigo, microonde, bollitore, carta igienica, ciabatte, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, sapone per le mani, phon, aspirapolvere. Host disponibile, ci ha inviato le istruzioni per entrare dentro al palazzo e dentro l'appartamento! Super consigliato! Grazie mille! ありがとう😊

best deal out of the budget hotels i used in japan. the room was wide and spacious compared to hotel rooms at a higher price in other popular prefectures. im a traveler from usa and found the self-check in process to be straight forward. just be aware that its a good price because it's not located in the best area (nishinari osaka)
