일본 숙소들이 가격이 제법 해서 적당한 가격으로 찾다가 발견한 곳인데 에어비앤비로 생각하시면 되고요, 리셉션 또는 상주 직원은 없기 때문에 호텔이 익숙하신 분들은 조금 불편하실 수 있지만 셀프 체크인 가능했고 숙소에 들어갔을 때 잘 정리되어 있었습니다.다른 분도 언급하셨는데 그 인도 향신료 냄새, 암내 같은 냄새가 기본적으로 깔려있어서 좀 신경 쓰입니다. 그래도 혹시 몰라 들고 갔던 룸 스프레이가 있어서 활용하고 환기하면서 지냈어요.세탁기가 있는 게 정말 좋았구요. 겨울이라 건조해서 전날 오전에 빨아서 널어놓으면 방안 습도 조절도 되고 다음날은 입을 수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 건조용 옷걸이가 조금 더 있었으면 좋았을 것 같아요. 세제는 4박동안 2개뿐이라 조금 부족했는데 혹시 세제 부족하신 분들은 바디워시 두 번 정도 짜서 빨래 하셔도 됩니다.구글맵 켜 시면 걸어서 2분 거리에 사천 중국집이 하나 있는데 정말 맛있어요. 사천 음식이지만 일본 맵기에 적용된 맵기라서 전혀 부담스럽지 않습니다. 한국 맵찔이 초등학생이 맛있어해서 두번 이상 갔어요. 꼭 추천 드립니다. 근처에 걷기도 좋고.동네가 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요. 혹시 자전거 렌탈 해서 여행하시는 분은 근처 GS25에 자전거 스탑 있으니 활용하시면 됩니다.
위치가 좀 애매한데 그래도 10분 정도 걸으면 역 다나옴 주말 가성비 숙소로는 최고인듯. 침대 트윈에다가 방 크고 따뜻한 물 잘나오고 칫솔주고 수건 줌. 세탁기도 이용 가능하고, 세제도 줌근데 수건은 1인당 한장씩만 나오니 연박하시는 분들은 다이소에서 사던가 하셈! 숙소 기준으로 5분 걸으면 맥도날드있고 3분걸으면 세븐일레븐있음. 여기 숙소 괜찮음!!
ich bin ein bisschen verwirrt was die anderen Rezensionen angeht.Ich muss sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden war!Man kann ganz easy selber einchecken, hat ein super Zimmer mit allem was man braucht und sehr bequeme Betten.Die klimaanlage funktioniert super, die dusche sowie das klo sind super in schuss und was ich nicht vergessen darf zu erwähnen- der vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet in minuten!Wir wollten unseren aufenthalt spontan von sonnntag auf mittwoch verlängern und haben in minuten eine antwort erhalten 👍
日本人です。値段に対して非常にいい宿でした。静かで駅、スーパー、コンビニが近く、立地は良かったです。アメニティも必要なものは揃っていました。部屋は値段に対し、十分綺麗で、広く、洗濯機や風呂も問題なく使えました。トイレとエレベーターの匂いは少し厳しかったです。チェックインについては事前のオンラインチェックインを完璧にこなしておけば割かしすんなりと行けると思いますが、身分証や自身の顔を写真でとるなど、あまり他所では見られないことが必要とされることもあり、外国人の方にはいささか難しすぎるかもしれません。床の傷や洗濯機裏の埃など、ホテルに比べれば完璧とは言えませんが、これだけの値段でここまでのサービスと考えれば十分価値があると思いました。
Eu simplesmente gostei muito do quarto, é organizado e espaçoso, é de fácil localização, checking fácil de realizar, tem um estacionamento pago 24hrs bem na frente. Ótimo custo benefício.Obrigada por nos acomodar 🙏🏼部屋はとても気に入りました。清潔感があって広々としていて、場所も分かりやすくアクセスも簡単でした。目の前に24時間利用可能な有料駐車場があります。料金以上の価値がありました。ありがとうございました🙏🏼

Definitely a comfortable studio apartment to stay for a month or even longer for a reasonable price. The small balcony with laundry hanging facility is a surprised bonus. But there are inconsistencies between the listed and actual amenities, which I'll elaborate.Only 450m walk from the nearest Hanazonochō Station (metro), at least 4 supermarkets are located in easy walking distance and numerous eateries are nearby, it's a convenient location that I strongly recommend. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to book again.The check-in process wasn't as confusing as some reviewers stated. Registration at least a day in advance as per instructed would speed up the check-in process.In the 1st week, the host was very responsive to questions and requests. As we were staying for 1 month, we asked for a set of clean linen and more washing liquid. Both were fulfilled promptly.BUT, in the 3rd week, we requested for another set of clean linen... once... twice, and received no response at all.We were also instructed to dispose bagged rubbish into the small utility room next to our room (fortunately not inside our room). By the time we checked out, all the rubbish from day one was still there.Listed but not realised amenities:- Daily disinfection in all rooms: not our room for the entire stay.- Daily disinfection in common areas: the floor of the main lobby was rather dirty. Clearly wasn't cleaned regularly. Noticed a puddle of leaked thick liquid a few days before checking out. When we checked out, the puddle was still there and all dried up.
