It was an amazing 3 day trip in Osaka for us and we stayed here for 2 nights. Beds were too confortable. The équipement was definitely enough. AC worked perfectly, there were more than enough slippers, towels, glasses for everyone. Also quite central and the host was too Kind to give us 2 hours extra before check-out. I really wish all the greatest succès for the company. The other branch Lucky Namba had a réception and they were extremely hospitable. I'll book that store next time. 😎

We stayed here for 6 nights (October 6–12) in one room. We were a group of 7 (6 adults and 1 toddler).Check-in wasn’t very smooth. We were told we could check in at 2 PM for free (instead of 4 PM) if we gave a perfect review. I agreed, but when we arrived, it seemed the arrangement wasn’t properly communicated between the person handling messages on Agoda and the one who met us on-site. Thankfully, we were still able to check in at 2 PM, and I really appreciate the staff who helped us carry our luggage up to the 4th floor.The room was decent and comfortable enough for our group size, and had essentials like Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and a frying pan. However, as Filipinos, rice is life—and there was no rice cooker, which made things a bit inconvenient.Our biggest issue was poor communication. From check-in to check-out, the property did not respond to any of our concerns.Location-wise, it’s great — about 8–10 minutes’ walk to Daikokuchō Station (Midosuji Line) and Imamiya Station, plus close to 7-Eleven and LIFE Grocery.Overall, it could have been the perfect stay if only the hosts were more responsive. It’s a bit pricey at around USD 2,600 for 6 nights, but perhaps that’s due to the season or Expo-related demand.

Excellent room, quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Close to Namba. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, microwave, sink, stove, and air conditioning. It's rare to find a hotel with three separate beds. We'll definitely stay there again next time.
