I would like to politely mention that the building is located near a Trash Organization, which may be a concern for some individuals due to the noise of trucks starting up around 4am every morning. Additionally, the service and furniture provided are of lower quality and could benefit from replacement. On a positive note, the location is conveniently near the subway and a grocery store. It is important to note that there is no elevator in the building.
