利用時には大きな荷物のカウントを行ってくれ、安心して乗車できます。
階段近くにある券売機で簡単に切符が購入可能です。
バス乗り場は2階にあり、空港へのアクセスが非常に便利です。
It was very easy to get a bus to KIX and the staff were very friendly
The limousine bus to go to Kansai airport is on the second floor. Tickets are also purchased on the second floor. The machine takes cash only. Tickets can be purchased with a credit card at the counter nearby. The fare was 1,300 yen for adults and 650 yen for kids.They counted all the big bags that we had prior to loading them onto the bus. I read there is a limit of 2 larger bags per person (not including small bags and backpacks that go with you on the bus).
I went from the airport to this building with my 2 checked luggage and carry on but on the way back WITH THE EXACT SAME NUMBER OF BAGS I was told I cannot ride this bus with 3 bags. Other people were turned away for the same reason. You would think for being an AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS that it would have a better system in place for handling luggage instead of turning people away and telling them to find another way to the airport once you’re already there. Most services in Japan are professional, reliable efficient and consistent but this service is an exception to that rule. 👎
Direct limo bus to KIX. Very convenient for travellers. Easy to follow instructions in English on buying the bus ticket.
The excursion from LIMON that went to Amanohashidate and Ine Bay from OCAT was very well organised and the staff was clearly visible and identifiable, and helpful.Highly recommended!

バスの乗り場を間違えた際、とても親切に対応して頂きました。
The buses that take you to the airport can be found on the second floor. Look for a bus ticket vending machine inside the terminal near the escalator. If you're looking at these sliding doors, the vending machine is to the right, around the corner directly in front of the escalator.
