The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the area.The host was extremely responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and thoughtful communication throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we really appreciated the hospitality and flexibility.Overall, a great experience and excellent value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!
從關西機場在10號巴士站前往日本橋，再過來酒店只需要13分鐘，其實都好方便。樓下亦都是大馬路 ，房間很新也很大，也有露台，起身的時候望到天空真好！價錢10分便宜，會推介朋友！
我不是很常給評價的人，但這間不得不說，房間設備乾淨齊全，睡起來完全不癢，客服人員是24小時，服務周到且貼心！！是會想推薦親朋好友前來住宿的好旅店😍感謝JSTAR人員。
Stay at this Hotel back in November 2023. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator and washing machine.The host was very helpful and assisted us with an early check-in since we arrived on a morning flight to Kansai (thank you so much!). The nearest station is within walking distance—about 200 meters to Matsuyamachi Station and 800 meters to Dotonbori. Lawson and Family Mart are also nearby.What else could we ask for? Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Osaka. Superb!
My wife and I recently stayed here with our infant, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This apartment was really comfortable. The bed was cozy, the space was very tidy and clean and the heater/aircon worked perfectly, which was crucial for keeping our little one comfortable.What truly set this place apart was how incredibly infant-friendly it was. The host clearly anticipated the needs of a family traveling with a baby. Having amenities like a crib, high chair and baby bath tub which made our trip so much easier and less stressful.The location was also fantastic which is easy accessible to nearby attractions places like Dontonbori.Communication with the host was smooth and helpful. The host even provided very clear directions including video showing how to get to the accommodation. We also follow the host recommendations on the nearby attractions which we thoroughly enjoy. Highly recommend this Airbnb to any couple, especially those traveling with young children. Thank you for a truly memorable and comfortable stay!
Had a great time staying at JSTAR, One of the best host i have ever met at a hotel/stay, always replying with warmth. Location is beautiful, few blocks aways from all major metro and happening places.The rooms were neat and clean. I will definitely come back and stay at Jstar whenever i am back in Osaka.
一進房門就能聞到擴香的味道很舒服房間明亮乾淨電視遙控器/浴室暖氣/洗衣機很多操作都有列出詳細使用方式 標示也都非常清楚充電的地方也很充足是一次很好的住宿體驗。
私は香港出身です。思ったより広くて新しいホテルで、中型冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電磁調理器などの設備が整っており、料理好きな方には最適です。一番驚いたのは、日本の家庭には広いバスルームと洗濯機があることです。場所は不便かもしれませんが、許容範囲です。最寄りの地下鉄松屋町駅からは徒歩4分です。実際、心斎橋エリアまでは徒歩わずか10分です。
