Nice new apartment that is short walk from the Tamatsukuri Osaka Metro and Japan Rail (JR). Looks to have been wholly owned or rented by a property manager and rented out under Airbnb. Generally small unit units that are between 20-30 square meter per apartment. Ample bicycle parking, modern security system, accessible post boxes with parcel delivery boxes at the ground floor. The building is also equipped with an elevator but a relatively small one. A set back if the ventilation system is designed that it is somewhat linked. So if your neighbors are cooking, the smell somehow leaks to your unit as well.
