What a wonderful find! Came to the Backstage International Bar after a 25hr trip from Kentucky and had the time of my life. Drinks are strong and well-priced. They have plenty of glasses for drinking out of. The owner, Baxter, is an honest and hardworking man who is earnestly working towards proficiency in Japanese. I wish him all the best in everything he does.
Great international bar in Kobe! The bar owner, Baxter, speaks English and is very accommodating to his guests.Drinks were decently priced for the area and time, where a highball was ¥600.Karaoke system was in full swing with an assortment of patrons of differing backgrounds and countries.There was about enough space for a 16 patrons, and drinks came out quickly!Glad to have found a place for our last night in the Osaka Bay Area!
Awesome bar!! My partner and I are not big karaoke enthusiasts but this place was awesome. Intimate environment, super friendly folks (shoutout to owner Baxter!). We even sang our first karaoke ever. Very welcoming, positive vibes, great times. Hope to make it back some day!
