A cosy log cabin feel.The property feels old and needs some maintenance, for example there was a hole in the veranda that was high up and dangerous with some of the wood around it rotten. Similarly the steps feel a bit questionable as of they may snap in the near future. The owners said they will repair this immediately though.The property is well provisioned for self catering.I would recommend this property as being more suited to people with a car as the bus is infrequent and there arnt many shops near by, with many places closing early.Be advised, there are a lot of steps up to the house which is a challenge in Fukaoka heat with luggage.Overall the property was fair value and a comfortable stay, though if a bit of money was spent on it, it could be a really spectacular property.
