MAT OSAKA At Kyobashiの特徴
鴫野西の便利な立地で、京橋駅まで徒歩10分ほどです。
室内は最新設備が整い、ガスコンロと洗濯機を完備しています。
ストリートフードの名所、Toyoまで徒歩圏内で美味しい食事を楽しめます。
Really nice place. Each door has like a numpad lock that spits out a wired key you can use to unlock the door. It'll tell you if you un/locked the door when twisting the key. The bathroom got no heater so kinda pointless to clean your clothes while indoors and in the cold weather. Tv and tablet are cheap, cannot play Yt vids at 2xspeed and must use own netflix account. No heater or air-conditioner in sleeping room, only in lounge. In front have a vending machine, another a couple of strides to your right near the parking spot, a 24hour lawson on the other side of the bridge and a family mart at the end block on the right after the crosswalk. Also near many bars, pachinko parlors and mall which is like 10 minute walk away. Near kyobashi station and a street monorail. Sidewalk decently challenging to navigate with wheeled luggage but not impossible. Awesome multiple item specific trash bin in house with illustrations for convenience. Tv probably shouldnt be directly be in front of heater aircond to avoid damage. Recommended
Fine små nye lejligheder. Det hele spiller med med pinkoder til lejligheden og hoveddøren. Seperat toilet og badeværelse med badekar og vaskemaskine. Køkken med gasblus og emhætte samt køl/frys. Jeg havde min egen lejlighed, men der kan bo 4 med lidt god vilje. Wifi og Android tv. 10 minutters gang fra det berømte street food køkken Toyo fra Netflix. Det kan klart anbefales 😀

Appartamento molto accogliente e moderno, ottimi gli spazi per due persone, comodo stanza soggiorno con angolo cucina. Tutto ben attrezzato, anche con lavatrice e comodo bagno con vasca/doccia. Materiale di consumo ottimo. Posizione perfetta a 10min a piedi dalla stazione Kyobashi.
