Fair price-value ratio, healthy and yummy food (if you're up to eating rice almost every day at least). Room was received clean and the staff is friendly. :) Stable Wifi and Free-of-charge laundromat included. The bathroom is also not the smallest one I experienced in Japan.One thing that was unnecessarily complicated was the payment, I didn't receive any information about ways to pay rent, so I had to contact the support to get the bank information. Weird.
지금 생각하면 정말 그리운곳 1년도 안됬지만 다시가고싶네요기숙사밥 맛있고 밥 아주머니 기숙사장님 전부 친절하십니다. 방음 엄청좋고요 담배피시는분은 1층에 넓은 흡연 공간있으니 거기서 피시면됩니다.에어컨도 빵빵하고 따듯한물도 잘나와요 여러모로 5점짜리 기숙사입니다.

Dormy Ashiya offers a very fair price-to-value ratio, making it a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. Upon arrival, the room was perfectly clean, and the friendly on-site staff made me feel welcome right away. The building features excellent perks, including stable, fast Wi-Fi and a free-of-charge laundromat, which is a massive bonus for saving money on daily chores. Additionally, the private bathroom is surprisingly spacious compared to the notoriously tiny modular setups typically found across Japan. The food provided is both healthy and yummy, though you should be prepared to eat rice almost every single day. The only real downside was that the initial rent payment process was unnecessarily complicated; I received zero information about payment methods upfront and had to proactively contact support just to obtain their bank details. Aside from that minor administrative hurdle, it is an excellent place to live.
