古道の宿 ひよどりの特徴
AkiさんとTomoさんの温かいおもてなしが印象的です。
美味しい夕食を提供し、特に満足度が高い宿です。
熊野の大自然に囲まれた、静かで癒やしの空間です。
2023年10月7日に4人連れで宿泊しました。外人の宿泊者も多く、その日も二人ほど、一人はユダヤ人の子でその夜は楽しく過ごししました。宿の人が翻訳機を自在にあやつるのに感心したものです。ですが翌朝、イスラエルに対してハマスの奇襲攻撃があったことを知りユダヤ人の子は沈痛な顔をみせました。我々は朝の出立の挨拶を宿の人、彼を含めた同宿の方と交わして歩き始めましたが、彼は他人からの同情や心配を受けたくは無さそうにみえたので同じ方向へ向かったのですが距離を置くように配慮しました。宿は女子(優先？)部屋のそばのトイレが豪勢な最新型で、他の部屋は集団便所という格差が愉快だったです。連れにトイレの長い奴が居て、そいつが女子部屋に入り朝のトイレを満喫しておりました。
Beautiful house! The food was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and wonderful people. They even recommended hiking routes for the next day and provided us with a larger bottle of water for our trip. When I return, I will definitely stay with them again. Highly recommended!
Staying with Tomo and Aki was an absolute highlight of my journey. They are incredibly warm hosts who truly go above and beyond for their guests.During my stay, some guests had to leave exceptionally early. Tomo and Aki came to the guesthouse much earlier than usual just to ensure they had a hot meal before departing. They were equally thoughtful with my own dietary needs; as someone who doesn't eat meat, I was deeply touched by the lunch box they prepared for me, which featured delicious, freshly fried fish.It was a wonderful, nourishing treat during the pilgrimage. If you want a place filled with genuine warmth and heart, I cannot recommend this guesthouse enough. Thank you, Tomo and Aki!
4月はじめに頃、利用させていただきました。滝尻〜熊野本宮まで一泊2日で歩く計画で宿を探していて、ちょうど良い立地にあるお宿だったので本当予約できてよかったです📞茶屋のお母さんたちの太鼓判通り、素敵なお宿でした！疲れた身体に美味しいご飯、湯船、ホスピタリティ、ご夫婦の素敵な笑顔と全てが沁みました。7時頃に宿を出ましたが、わざわざお見送りをしていただきました。朝靄がとても美しくて印象に残っています。ダイビング×中辺路プラン(?)ができたら是非参加したいです✨素敵なステイをありがとうございました！
Excellent stay thanks to the very lovely hosts Aki-san and Tomo-san who make sure you can relax after a long day and are prepared for the next day. The supper was especially good.The location was nice and quiet. Good amenities.
This is best guest stay ever!!!We were cold in rain hiking, owner husband drove his car n was searching for us. Found and picked us in the mid of rain shower 😁Then dinner was best ever we were hungry 🤤. Breakfast was so delicious 😋 too.We found they also brushed our hiking shoes on our way out just now omg thank you so so so so much!!!!
女将の人柄に惹かれて世界各国のリピーターも多々だとか。そんな私も今回で二回目です。次回は年始に行きたいなと思っています。心遣いに、絶対また来たいと思う、そんな素敵なお宿です。
Our stay at Guesthouse Hiodori was fantastic! The place is extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—taking the time to discuss our next travel plans after check-in and offering valuable tips.The highlight was undoubtedly the homemade dinner they prepared for us. It was delicious and clearly made with a lot of care and effort. If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming stay with outstanding service, Guesthouse Hiodori is the perfect choice!
小綺麗で食事の美味しい宿。ベッドもふかふかでよく休めました。熊野古道中辺路歩きで近露で宿が取れなかったからここにしたのだけど、いろいろな意味で正解でした！

ゆっくりできました😊お風呂場から聞こえる虫の声や鳥の鳴き声 こころが落ち着きます！ゆっくりとベッドで休み、しっかりと美味しいご飯を頂きました😊次の日は熊野本宮まで無事に到着！
