立地は少し分かりにくい場所にありますが、安心して利用できます。
丁重なサービスで、手荷物を預けるのもスムーズです。
家族で初めての家族旅行で当初は浜松町駅で荷物を預けて廻る予定でしたが空きがなく、石川町駅で空きを期待して来たが空きがなく、前にTVで見たのを思い出して検索したらすぐに見つかってほっとしました。しかも横浜中華街の入口なのでとても便利でした。

Really helpful owner and staff, would recommend. Quick drop off and collection. Cases and bags were stored securely. Would definitely use again if in that area.
預入れ時も、受取り時も別のスタッフでしたが、２人とも大変感じが良かったです。荷物も丁寧に扱っているようでした。

Excellent position, 5 minutes from the station. Good service
The location was a bit difficult to find but thankfully is close to the station. However, we were very appreciative of this service due to all of the coin lockers at Yokohama Station being full. I was able to book the service the same day which was great.The staff were very pleasant.
