Literally the best gym I’ve seen in Japan , equipped with all needed machinesand weights or whatever you need for a good workout, and the most important that the place runs by a very professional & kind married couple who is very helpful and could help me overcome the confusion of what should I during my first days in the gym .I highly recommend for anyone who want have a good body and enjoy friendly atmosphere.

This is by far the best equipped gym in Toyohashi. If you're into lifting free-weights, this gym literally has it all. It gets busy but never overly crowded, so you're always got good cadence. Great value for money, overall.

Aparelhos novos, espaço amplo e organizado. Acho que é mais indicada pra quem já tem uma noção do uso dos aparelhos, pois se for iniciante, o horário dos staffs não atende o período do dia todo.
