Staff was very polite, There was a lady who can speak and understand English too. They have plenty of vegetarian options if you do not eat meat. I had Margarita from Box meal option. Also they acknowledged my request not to cut the pizza with their regular pizza cutter for using for meat pizzas too. I would highly recommend this place.
i like this pizza hut compare to Japanese pizza hut outside base. still love anything stuffed crust with marinara sauce.the size is also bigger compare to japanese pizzahut.
First time having this here in Japan since I arrived 3 weeks ago. Just like home. Thanks for some great pizzas.
On base pizza for sure, but the one by the bowling alley was always better in my opinion. You can't go wrong if you want pizza delivered to your barracks though.
Pizza is great, however when you try to request a deliver after 530/6 the phone will stay busy no matter what
The place unfortunately just is a product of the failing base that us Yongsan.The menu is basic but the prices are elevated over it's states side and Navy Marines counterparts.It is all the ploy to get you to use the Military Star Card to get the 10% off to get the normal price and even then it's still elevated(July 22/22) nothing has changed.
After waiting for 40mins for a Personal pan pizza and some wings I noticed 4-5 people that was 10-20mins behind me was getting their orders already so I asked where my order was and they haven't even made the wings. They told me if I could wait 5minutes it'll be ready, if I remember correctly from when I used to work for pizza hut, a bone in (traditional) wings cooks in that same deep fryer that they are using at this location takes about 10mins or so, anything less could result into uncooked chicken. Not sure about the health and safety regulations here in Japan but in the US even if the customer request to pull the chicken off the fryer a bit earlier we cannot do it as its a health risk and they are about to cook those wings for just 5minutes and give it to me a customer. I just told them nevermind, i went to subway and got a quick dinner from there instead. I told them to refund me since I didn't get any food anyways and hopefully they do, I'll update if they did not refund me my money.2 stars since its they have been good usually, but its the 3rd time I had to wait for small orders for over 30mins and this time I didn't even get my order and they were willing to do something that could risk the health of the customer.
The servers are nice, and the location is pretty standard. The wait times could be better, but the food is all around pretty good. Just expect as a base location overseas not to see any big promo sales or specialty.
