Our old RIMOWA luggage was damaged by Air Busan, and unfortunately, we had to carry it around with only three wheels after one went missing. When we returned to Japan, we were very lucky to meet Mr. Miura, who kindly helped arrange the repair.Since our RIMOWA model has been discontinued, all four wheels will be replaced. Although the repair is not covered under warranty—and as we all know, RIMOWA prices have increased every year—we truly appreciate that our old luggage can still be serviced and well taken care of at a super reasonable price.Excellent support and professionalism from Mr. Miura and the RIMOWA Yokohama Sogo team!
外国人客がほぼいないのでゆっくりと見ることができました店頭に展示していないものでも裏に在庫があったりするようです店員さんに言えば出してもらえます。

1/3に修理に出すスーツケース2点を持ち込むため来店。予約優先だが待てば入店できる。店員さんの手際は良い。サクサクと壊れた箇所の診断をしてタブレットに入力してた。25年ぐらい前に購入した商品で有償修理のものもあったが、退店から1時間しないうちに見積書がメールで送られてきた。品揃えはあんまり。ベーシックな普通のものばかりなので修理じゃなかったから来るか微妙。ネットで買う。
