Satoshi (Taxi driver and Mountain Guide), is an incredibly friendly chap. At last minute he helped us get to Mount Fuji in time that enabled us to achieve our programme.He gave us essential advice for surviving the challenging hike to the summit of Mount Fuji and back. His breathing exercises helped immensely and his advice to pace ourselves proved invaluable as hiking Mount Fuji is no small undertaking.Thank you so much Satoshi for accommodating our requirements, giving us excellent practical advice and for being a wonderful and friendly human being. Bless you and your wonderful part of the world, truly something special.

沖縄から予約を取らせてもらいました。早朝にも関わらず、ホテルの前まで迎えに来て頂き、富士吉田口5合目まで約1時間の道中、妻が初めての登山と言うこともあり、色々とアドバイスをいただき、とても心強かったです。妻も「いろいろ教えてもらえて安心した」と大変喜んでいました。高山病にならないようにと少し窓を開けてくださったり、会話をしながら登山前の緊張を和らげてくれた千代さんのお気持ちが、本当に嬉しく、心の底から感謝しています。楽しむ事！深呼吸が大事！を胸に置き、お陰さまで、頂上まで無事にたどり着くことができました。本当にありがとうございました！

Great Experience with Mr. Satoshi. He picked us up from Kawaguchiko Stn. and showed us around very beautiful spots in the Mt. Fuji Area while also explaining their significance. Very friendly and considerate, and also took videos and photos for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private taxi and guide. :D

Satoshi made our dream come true. With a truly personalised experience, most helpful, translating for our check in and our grocery shopping for our barbecue camping to the hidden non touristy spots and restaurants were priceless treats for our group of 6 55-65 year olds. With 6 different opinions he catered to , throughout. I highly recommend Satoshi for transport to and around Mt Fuji area. He picked me up in the middle of the night from my Hotel in Tokio on short notice, so that I could climb Mt Fuji on my birthday. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you Satoshi!

Satoshi was an amazing guide and exceeded my expectations. I was travelling with my older parents and wanted something relaxing, minimal walking but still get the most out of our day trip to Mt Fuji. He knew exactly what to do, asked the right questions and went above and beyond.On this day Mt Fuji was a little shy, but Satoshi was determined to get us even a glimpse of her. He took us to the non tourist/crowded areas which was exactly what I wanted and also took us to a rest spot where we were able to see Mt Fuji from the western side!! It was not crowded and super peaceful to just watch her while the clouds passed by. He also took us the lesser known areas such as the dragon cave, lava forest and Saiko lake. He knew a lot about the area and took his time to explain everything to us.This was a truly special trip and I am so grateful for the time and thought to ensure my parents (and myself!) had the best time! I will definitely be reaching out to Satoshi for a future trip!!THANK YOU SO MUCH SATOSHI!

We did a full day in Mt Fuji with Satoshi and it was incredible. I could not recommend booking a private tour more. You will learn so much about the area and go to hidden spots and get the best viewpoints that you otherwise wouldn’t get. It made our trip in My Fuji very memorable.

Great journey with Satoshi! We had no much time and he was able to take us in the best spots of Fuji area and Arashiyama forest: more than a driver and more than a guide, he showed us best and hidden spots and explained us everything. Satoshi was our driver and tour guide for the day, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Despite the rain, we had an absolutely incredible time, and that was entirely thanks to him.From the moment we met, Satoshi was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a route in mind, but due to the poor weather, he thoughtfully adapted the itinerary to ensure we still had the best possible experience. His flexibility and attention to detail made all the difference.His English was excellent, and his sense of humour kept us smiling throughout the day. He struck the perfect balance between being informative and entertaining, which made the entire tour both enjoyable and memorable.We genuinely cannot recommend Satoshi highly enough. Very friendly and informative, would recommend this driver. My family and I were stressed about how to get a ride from fuji lake hotel to Mishima Station as the buses do not run early and we had to catch our bullet train for 940am. Stress free ride and got to see views of mount fuji :)

Had an amazing day being guided around by Satoshi! Learned so much history about Mt.Fuji and the surrounding area. We were even lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the mountain even on a cloudy winter day. Would highly recommend.
