I rented an ebike today and the experience was great! The ebike was clean, easy to use, and very comfortable. The rental process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

とても満足しました！富士山観光で電動自転車をレンタルしました。スタッフの方がとても親切で、操作方法やおすすめルートも丁寧に説明してくれました。電動自転車のおかげで坂道も楽に走れて、景色を楽しみながら快適に観光できました。車両もきれいで状態が良く、安心して利用できました。また富士山に来たら、ぜひ利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

전기자전거 6시간 2500엔 3시간 2000엔 입니다.빨리 빌릴 수 있어서 좋아요. 오전 11시에 꽤 많이 남아있었습니다.
The staffs are very nice, and services are excellent. I had so many questions and the staff was being very patient and polite. There are two types of bikes to choose from, the e-bike and normal bike, highly recommend the the e-bike. The shop provides detailed safety and rules instructions (e.g., when to keep left and when to keep right). Thank you so much and will definitely visit again! FYI - cash only

I believe this used to be Akichan bike rental? I rented a single eBike in Nov 2024 and had a great time riding around the lake.I look forward to returning to Kawaguchiko in March and will fill in the webform to reserve 3 eBikes for my party.
