Maurice is a professional fighter and a highly skilled & knowledgeable trainer. I requested, and successfully booked, private, boxing fitness skills training sessions with him. A few time I joined classes he already had scheduled in advance and a few times special request. For example: I scheduled a private session for group of men of various ages and skills (novice-17, beginner-63, intermediate to adv-44 and professional-35) and Maurice masterfully crafted a workout that met the needs of all participants in the class. Not only was the workout challenging, it was fun and informative. Mitt work, speed ladder footwork drills, plyometric exercises, jump rope rounds and running…all geared to building solid foundational skills while challenging the mind, your endurance and stamina. No gloves, no jump rope…no problem! Maurice has you covered. I highly recommend his services.
