We had an incredible stay! I have only positive things to say about this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. Check-in was easy (by yourself and you enter with a code). The space itself is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The view from both the main room and the rooftop is stunning (you can see Mount Fuji)! The location is perfect too, on a quiet street close to restaurants. I highly recommend it. Plus, the heated floors were such a treat on chilly days. We didn’t travel with a dog, but it’s a pet-friendly hotel and even has a dedicated room for dogs.
ペットと一緒に泊まれる一棟貸の宿です。「楽天ステイ」型で、自分でチェックインしてチェックアウト。施設の方とはメールやアプリでのやりとりで完結します。・2025年現在、新築でとてもキレイで清潔です。・浴槽やテレビ等、設備にお金を掛けています。・調理器具は一式整っています。・私の泊まった棟は屋上に人口芝のドッグランがありました。・駐車スペースも各棟十分に確保されています。注意点は、・お水やドリップコーヒー等は持ち込みましょう。・パジャマは持ち込みましょう。・階段が滑りやすいかも。ソックス履いた方は注意を。ペットと清潔な素泊まりをコスパ重視で考えてる方にはお勧めします。

We had a great stay at Fuji Petel, the house had everything we could possibly need and was well laid out and very clean.It was in a great spot not far from the lake and close to shops and restaurants as well as places to rent bikes but was still peaceful and gave us a perfect few days of chilled time as we were travelling across Japan.If you can get the right timing too with the weather you can get a great view of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace.Can’t thank the hosts enough for an easy, very comfortable stay.
