We had a pleasant week-long stay. The host was very professional and kind, providing rides to and from Kyoto Station, which we truly appreciated. The property is clean and nice, but the steep, narrow staircase to the upstairs bedroom was challenging for us (a 60+ couple), so we stayed in the dining room instead. We ended up using only half the space. Better towels, a cutting board, a peeler and a small knife in the kitchen would have made the stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the host for his warm hospitality.Bus stop and a big mall (AOEN) are very nearby. Railway station is 15 minutes away on foot.
I stayed here as part of Airbnb booking. Host is very kind and knowledgeable of Kyoto. Heated kotatsu inside, and there is a short walk to a mall with many restaurants.

My friends and I visited Japan back in February, and this was our favorite place we stayed at through the whole trip! It was so cozy, and the kotastu was so awesome. We loved everything about it, and definitely plan on coming back someday!
