Cleaning is absolutely terrible and below average.Broken things in the room like a sofa. It was disgusting to sit on so I didn't even try.The location is good, it has a laundry machine with no instructions but its doable with Youtube to figure it out and you can use the bathroom to dry the clothes if you hang them.There is a control panel where you can choose an option to dry the clothes.All of this stuff should have been written down.Also I never even saw the owner even once.The bathroom was ok but for sure they need to clean everything much better and fix what is broken.There is also no way to hang your towels to dry outside of the bathtub so it would have been nice to have something for that.
Great clean, modern accommodation near Gojo station. Spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. Big bathroom, washing machine and full kitchen. We extended our stay and moved to an upstairs room to gain a big balcony and a bit more space. Not the most central location but all the sites of Kyoto are within walking distance. Very accommodating hosts, very responsive. Really good value base for an extended stay in Kyoto. Big well stocked supermarket round the corner which is handy.
全体的に綺麗し、部屋も結構広い方です、しかも洗濯機が付いてます！！周りはスーパーとコンビニがあります、すごく便利なところです！
昨今の京都市内によくあるワンルームマンションタイプのホテル。|キッチンも洗濯機もあって長期滞在にはもってこい。|問題は強いて言えば、ホテル名が表記と異なっていたことと、ホテル名が長過ぎることと。
チェックイン時にスタッフがいない時には、フロントにある電話で連絡すると、部屋番号とロッカー暗証番号を教えてくれるので、それを使うのがオススメです。
建物も部屋の中も清潔で良いです。近くにスーパー、ドラッグストアや百均があり生活品の買い物には困らないです。

Surprenant, ne paye pas de mine à l'entrée mais la chambre est super : kitchenette, frigo, machine à laver, Micro onde, Salle de bain avec séchage rapide pour le linge. Literie extra. Calme et proche de tout.Très bon accueil.
