悠然居（Yu-zenkyo）の特徴
地元の暮らしを感じながら、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせる立地が素晴らしいです。
高性能なキッチンと洗濯機、乾燥機が完備され、便利に利用できました。
家族4人が快適に過ごせる、2階の寝室とバルコニー付きのデザインが魅力です。
Great size for family of 4 with 2 school going kids. Every function were well compartmentised and kept clean. Love the bath and laundry area and facilities provided within this property. Nextflix n few tv programmes were also provided within the cost of stay. We had great family times spent. Location isnt that near local train station nor bus stop but walking from Tambaguchi JR train stn to this property were very pleasant and exposed us to many local residential lifestyle. My family and I enjoyed every single minute of our 3-night stay here. Highly recommended if u dun mind some walkings and living away from the busy Kyoto city, immersing into local Kyoto’s residential lifestyle.
Absolutely loved our stay in Yu-zenkyo! Located in the heart of Kyoto,close to the nishiki market yet very peaceful and cozy neighbourhood. There is a park, konbini and supermarket nearby along with easy access to bus stop. There are also small shrines and temples around.We were a group of 4 people and we were very comfortable. The bathroom area is big with separate toilet,bath, washing machine area and a sink. Upstairs are 4 cozy beds with the fluffiest blankets! Highly recommend!P.S it's a bit late review as we stayed there in November 2024.
This place was fabulous for our family of four. An excellent design with bedroom and balcony upstairs and living area downstairs. The kitchen was well equipped, the amenities were great. It was all tasteful and clean in presentation. It was very handy to have a washing machine and the coffee machine made nice coffee. The host was excellent to deal with. I cannot fault this place. I hope we will return to Kyoto some day so that we can stay again. Thank you!

Late review. I booked the accomodation on Bookings.com but did not manage to drop a review on time 😓We stayed around 4-5 days at the start of February. It was cold and we woke up to the snowing Kyoto. Looked beautiful (although all the piled up snow melted the very next day).Really cozy accomodation (except downstairs can get quite cold). Small and efficient. High tech kitchen and the washing machine includes dryer as well. Amazing. Completely washes and dries our winter wear within a day with no unwanted smell.
