Yesterday, it was the first time, me and my friend used Clew. Bicycles were quite convenient and we did not have a problem, it is truly appreciated. Unfortunately, l did not have the same experience when were charged 330 Yen only for 3 mins. This was a bit annoying, it was late in the evening and we were trying to find the parking lot, we have been charged the whole amount of 330 Yen instead company has a Short Ride price of 88 Yen. l have raised my concern to the company, they replied me in detail in a very kind way and returned the overcharged amount. l really respect such companies which listens to their customers and evaluates the situation.
