This place is great. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and if you come at the right time you can befriend one of the ducks that sometimes swim in the stream under the balcony. They're on Airbnb. Will be staying again.

We love this awesome stay here. Beautiful & great location. Comfy & spacious room for 3 of us. Thanks to Andrea and Mayumi our superhost , they help us carried our luggages up to our stay on 1st floor & gave us valuable info on Kyoto place of interest & good food nearby. We are so excited to see the cherry blossom full bloom at the balcony of our stay. So so beautiful scenery with river & light up at night.We really enjoyed our stay here & sad to say goodbye after 4D3N stay here.Highly recommended & must stay :))
작은 냇가? 옆에 자리잡은 오래된 숙소인데 내부는 너무 깔끔하고 쾌적함.겨울에 방문했어도 윗풍없이 따뜻했고 뜨거운 물 잘나옴.봄에 벚꽃 피면 한번더 방문하고 싶음.
Very please with our stay here. The aesthetics were quiet wonderful and being by so many restaurants/ bars made this place very convenient. I would say the only thing that made it not 5 stars were the screeching birds that hung out on the wires outside. It sounded like telling people or fighting cats all throughout the night.Owners cannot help that.
Love this place! It's gorgeous and you can literally open your patio door and watch ducks swim by on the canal.
Very happy with our stay! Great location in the city, short walk to multiple train lines and spotless traditional Japanese accommodation.
Cute little place with a beautiful view! Love the traditional layout and feel of the place. Pretty central to both new and old Kyoto so there are many sites to see and shops nearby.

교토 2번째 방문에 이번에 에어비앤비를 통해서 예약을 했는데 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 일본식 마치다 형태의 숙소는 교토에서는 처음이었는데 감성 제대로 느끼고 왔습니다.
