Could be happier to discover this place. Muto was a incredible person who helped us since minute one, he was super kind and speaks Spanish which helps a lot! They have plenty variety ok knives and the can be customized
My wife and I enjoyed our visit here. Our salesperson was a young American man who spoke Japanese. He was very informed and helpful. Great selection of brands and styles. We walked away with 2 blue steel #2 knives, one specifically for veggies. Both are razor sharp.
Um ótimo lugar pra quem quer dar um upgrade nas suas facas ou então mantê-las afiadas!Pude ser atendido em português o que foi maravilhoso, mas lá tem gente que fala inglês e também japonês, ou seja, para todos e qualquer idioma!Foi um ótimo lugar para comprar minhas facas no coração de Kyoto!
Das Geschäft kann man wirklich super empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns alles mit sehr viel Geduld und Ruhe erklärt und sprachen super Englisch. Was noch super war ist das man den Namen in dem Messer eingravieren kann wenn man das möchte. Haben dort dan 3 Messer gekauft und sind super zufrieden.😁☺️

A pleasant shopping experience, I bought 2 knives here and a friend purchased 3. All cost less than 50% of the price at which they retail in our country. Despite the location, the service and value were exceptional.
