Ben and Yumi are exceptionally kind, helpful and proactive.Communication was clear and easy all the way. The house was spotless, had everything you could want and immediately felt warm and homey with a personal touch. Everything worked flawlessly. There was also more than enough room for three adults. You could easily fit four. The location is very close to good restaurants, konbinis and shops while at the same time providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere to recover from tiring activities at night. As per our request, Ben and Yumi offered tons of recommendations tailored to our pre-existing plans. They were always reachable and responded very quickly to questions we had.If you ever plan on staying somewhere near Kyoto you should definitely consider booking with Ben and Yumi! Who knows, you might just make a friend :)

Host is very friendly and willing to explain everything including the guidance to explore Kyoto which we never experienced beforeEverything is in the house you dont need to worry. Umbrella, power bank, warming pad , etc. (very detail isnt it?)Overall its a very memorable stay!
Last night, I stayed at a private lodging Kyoyado in Kyoto with my family. The reason we chose this lodging was because we had a slight, no, very good emotional connection to it. We had a lively conversation with the friendly owners, sharing stories from the past. We will definitely stay there again.昨夜、家族で京都の民泊に一泊しました。この宿に決めた理由は、少し、いや、とても善き情緒的な繋がりがあったからです。フレンドリーなオーナー夫婦と、昔の話などの会話が弾みました。また泊まりに行きます。
非常棒的住宿體驗，很推薦來京都旅遊可以到此居住，友善的民宿主人、舒適的住宿空間，而且離伏見稻荷很近，可以一早去走走看看。
Strongly recommended!I stayed at KyoYado for 4 months during my study period in Japan. I would first like to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts, Ben and Yumi, who from day one helped us with our luggage and accompanied us to nearby supermarkets showing us around the area.The property has all the necessary furnishings and is conveniently located for sightseeing. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the Fushimi Inari shrine and 5 minutes away from Keihan and JR stations. Via the Keihan you can easily reach the center of Kyoto or visit Osaka (less than an hour away), while the JR allows you to reach Kyoto Central Station and nearby Nara.An extended stay allows you to visit not only Kyoto but also the surrounding cities. The accommodation also has a bicycle, which is very useful for getting around in the surrounding areas.
Finally after three years, we get to travel to Japan again. Kyoto is always one of my favorite cities in Japan. This time we decided to stay in a Airbnb instead of hotels, and my friend recommended KyoYado to us.KyoYado is located in a very quite and convenient neighborhood. All train stations, shops, restaurants, and supermarket are within walkable distances. The owners keep the house super clean. They provide everything you would need during your stays. I would say even more amenities than any hotels. The house is good for a party four family/groups or couples The bedrooms are quiet large, and the size of beds in each room are either double or queen. I didn’t get a chance to use kitchen this time even though they provide all equipments/ appliances for cooking and dining. I definitely will make my own breakfast next time when I come back to KyoYado.The owners can speak multiple languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Taiwanese. They welcome all people from around the world to enjoy their guest house. If you are tired of hotels in a crowded areas in Kyoto, I strongly recommend KyoYado. You can have good qualities and comfort stays while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Kyoto.
I spent around 4 months at Ben & Yumi's place and I really felt like home. Hosts were really helpful and welcoming from the beginning helping us moving in with luggages and taking us in their own car to introduce us supermarkets and other useful places around the area of Fushimi district.In addition, the house has all the amenities to live comfortably also for long rental like this case.Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and in general the house was really clean and cozy at our arrival. No real issues found in these months, but instead I could have a nice stay in Kyoto.Also, the neighbourhood is really quiet and the house location is really convenient to reach Keihan line and JR line in just about 5 minutes walk respectively.I strongly recommend Ben & Yumi's place and I would love to come back in the future if I would find myself in Kyoto again!
This rental home is a little gem in Kyoto, close to parking, the train and walking distance to Fushimi Inari Taisha. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. The house has everything you need for your stay, including different chargers, usb battery pack you can use and even a bicycle for use.This house made our trip to Kyoto very relaxing and helped us feel at home while out of town. Definitely recommend!
5人で宿泊。ソファのあるリビング、ベッド2台ずつの寝室があり、大人5人でもゆったり過ごせる間取り。のんびり旅だったのでリビングのテレビで映画を見たり、デリバリーを頼んで食事したり、旅行先ということを忘れるほどリラックスして過ごせました。徒歩10分圏内に伏見稲荷があるので、夜の散歩がてら人の少ない観光ができたのも貴重でした。部屋もとても清潔で、オーナーさんも気さくで親切にしてくださり、言うことなしです。次もぜひ利用させていただきます！

This is one of the best Air BNB’s I have ever stayed in. Ben and Yumi were incredibly helpful in making our experience in Kyoto so great. The location is close to many restaurants convenience stores and the train station. The accommodations provided were above and beyond what we expected. I could not recommend staying here enough. If you are looking to stay in Kyoto this is the perfect place to be.
