My very first time experience of making glass craft Edo Kiriko. The location is not too far from Keikyu Kawasaki Station (around 3 minutes by walking), also near from Enmichi Hotel, where I stayed during my visit in Kawasaki.Before starting to carve the glass, the trainer first explained the things we needed to know. for example: the darker the color of the glass, the more difficult it is to carve. Then we choose which glass we want to carve, make a pattern on the glass, and try to making glass craft by ourselves. The trainer is really helpful, he always makes sure that we did it right.The glass craft that we made ourselves were taken home as souvenirs. I really enjoyed my experience here. Worth it to try if you visit Kawasaki.
