They were really nice and responded my e-mails really fast. Even though they couldn't help me with the particular package and trip I was looking for they were very nice and they helped me figure out a way I could get the tickets for the trip I wanted and gave me very useful information for free. They have very good client service.

My partner and I selected Windows to Japan through our local travel agent because the organizer, Julian, created a private tailor-made itinerary for our 3 week trip during the month of Sept 2025. We also have to acknowledge Jaret who put the finishing touches on our trip. Kudos to both of them for putting this trip together which would have been difficult to navigate on our own without their assistance. We visited many places while eating plenty of seafood such as sashimi, sushi, eel and octopus and drinking the best Sapporo beer. The hotels and ryokan we stayed at were excellent. All the drivers drove Toyota Alphard vans and were well dressed, professional and punctual for all pick-ups and drop-offs. Our three guides, Nir, Hiro and Teiko spoke good English, were knowledgeable, friendly and proved to be great company. We will cherish the memories for forever. We definitely recommend using Windows to Japan to organize any trip to this amazing clean country!
