We just stayed here from 12/25/18 to 12/30/18. Very near Kyoto Station and other rail stations, meaning easy access to tourist locations. We were a group of 5 and was comfortably staying in. It can probably accomodate 8 in my opinion. The 2 toilet and bath is a crucial amenity if you want everyone to move out fast so you can tour immediately.If I were back in Kyoto, I would definitely ask first if it the place available!PS: It is a quiet neighborhood so do make sure you keep your voices low to respect the other residents!
