Very friendly host with warm welcome. The lady does not speak English (but hey Google translate was made for that and it worked fine) but her son speaks really well. The owner lady offered even a ride to Kyoto station, which is really walking distance away. Place is shiny clean and all the appliances are brand new. Very affordable stay in Kyoto.

Very comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. Perfect for family of 4-5. The host even did laundry for us and hand them out to dry.
