野口家住宅 花洛庵の特徴
代々呉服商を営んできた野口家の歴史を感じられます。
展示スペースとして使用されており、文化財としての魅力があります。
京都市の重要文化財であり、歴史的価値を持っています。
駒札：野口家住宅野口家は、代々呉服商を営んできた旧家である。現在の主屋は、元治元年（1864）の大火後に再建されたもので、店舗棟と奥の居住棟を玄関棟で接続した表屋造りの形式となっている。主屋の表構えは、店舗棟の北側に高塀を接続させた構成である。内部では特に座敷が注目される。野口家文書によると、座敷はもと伏見の小堀屋敷にあったとされるものを、明治四年（1871）に伏見の豪商松屋彦兵衛から購入、移建したもので、十二畳半の主室と次の間からなる。主室は一間半の床の間と一間の違い棚を備え、端正ななかにしゃれた数寄屋風書院の構えをち、長押の釘隠し金物や天袋の引手金具の意匠に、小堀遠州との関わりの深さを思わせる。この住宅は、京町屋の典型例の一つとして貴重であり、昭和58年6月1日 京都市有形文化財に指定された。京都市現在は、貸会場として利用されてるようです。綾小路通の杉本家住宅もここ野口家も元治元年（1864）の大火、いわゆる禁門の変のどんど焼けで燃えたんですね。Piece tag:Noguchi family housingThe Noguchi family is an old family that has been a kimono dealer for generations.The current main building was rebuilt after the great fire of the first year of the Genji era (1864), and it has a front-building style in which the store building and the residential building in the back are connected by the entrance building.The front of the main building has a high wall connected to the north side of the store building.
