This place is a lot of fun. Great atmosphere, darts, billiards, good music choice, solid drink menu, what more could you ask for? Had a fantastic final night of a two week trip to Japan with six close friends. If you want to go to a bar, but one that's more low key, this is the place.

We got there around 7:30 and there wasn't anyone else there. We didn't order any snacks, but I don't think there are many food options. There also wasn't an English menu, but the bartender was patient and we managed to order a few drinks. We played pool and threw darts, and had a great time.
