洗濯機が一台のみのため、利用が難しいことがあります。
朝食として無料のパンや飲み物を提供しており、朝のひとときを楽しめます。
We come around 8PM, the staff greet us nicely, the check in process is smooth and fast. The room is clean, modern and simple, space is good i can open 2 big lugages. We stayed for new years eve and they have small event for countdown and gave sake and noodle. It's a boutique hotel, so it's giving different vibes like big hotel. They have laundry room, free coffee and tea 24 hours, and bread in the morning. I send my luggage from this hotel to my next hotel in Kanazawa a day before I check out, and my luggage arrived perfectly on time in Kanazawa (it's already arrived before I checked in). I enjoyed my stay here and a lot off great hidden gem resto near the hotel. Thank you..
Edit: they did take responsibility eventually, promising better training and procedures for this matters.The rooms are the biggest we saw in Japan. Most of the staff has very good english.The staff in this hotel sent my luggage to the wrong place, making me lose my flight. I showed them my reservation on booking.com but they still messed it up. The reciept they gave me was in japanese so I didn't realize they sent it to Namba instead of kansai airport.They took ZERO responsibility over the problem.
1. 房間照片和空間感基本上跟官網照片相同2. 距離地鐵站「烏丸御池」走路五分鐘，附近有全家跟7-11很方便3. 大門是全黑的（一開始找不到入口門）4. 浴室乾濕分離但淋浴間玻璃是透明的5. 洗手台旁邊平台空間蠻大置物方便6. 房間內大行李箱可以全開不擁擠7. 早上8:00-10:00有提供簡單的麵包點心和飲品for free8. 這間是新開幕的房間設備環境都很新穎。
Location of the hotel is pretty convenient, with a 7/11 just right downstairs. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood but still walkable to Nishiki market with all the shopping street and to the nearest bus stop to travel out. Front office staff is friendly and helpful! We had a minor issue with cleanliness of the room, particularly the bed. As it was late at night, housekeeping wasn’t available so FO assisted to change the sheets for us. If you wish to have daily room makeover service, you’ll have to put the card on your room door. Housekeeping was a little disappointing as the room wasn’t made over properly. However, for the price and location, i think it’s value for money. Room size wise is decent and having separate shower cubicle and toilet is convenient.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is in an excellent location close to public transportation. The staff is very professional, helpful, and most of them speak English, which makes communication smooth and easy.As for the services, I have just one constructive criticism: having only one washer-dryer available for the entire hotel feels a bit insufficient. Additionally—though it is clearly mentioned—the fact that the hotel cannot provide coins or even change a banknote for using the laundry service is rather inconvenient.Overall, the stay was positive, but improving the laundry facilities would make the experience even better.
Had a good stay at this new hotel. Comfortable bed, decent room space, quiet surroundings, and an easy walk to the subway. Staff were really nice too. The only negatives for me were the non-view room, where the big panels look like windows but aren’t, and that there’s only one washing machine for guests.
Spacious, clean, quiet and great location. Great value for money! Never heard of the Kiori brand before and was a bit hesitant to book the hotel because of the lack of reviews, but given they only opened September 2025 it is understandable. Our stay exceeded our expectations as rooms were very clean and larger than other hotels we had experienced in Japan, beds were comfortable and the heavenly shower was just that. Truly excellent value for our stay! Despite being centrally located, could not hear any outside noise or other guests in adjacent rooms. Easy access to subway/buses, Nishiki market, convenient stores (711, family mart) and a larger grocery store, and walkable to many sites for those that like to explore by foot. Coffee/tea offered all day and breads for breakfast were a nice touch. Laundry facilities were good and easy to use- just have 100 yen coins with you. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return or try another Kiori hotel when back in Kyoto! Thanks for the enjoyable stay!
Me hospede 4 noches en octubre 2025.La ubicación es privilegiada, cerca de todo lo turístico pero en una calle tranquila y con un 711 en la esquina. La habitación es muy amplia y moderna. Su personal fue muy amableMi única recomendación es que amplíen su espacio de lavandería, pues no lo pude usar debido a un/a huésped egoísta que no retiró por al menos 16 horas su ropa de la única lavadora. Esto pues no es responsabilidad del hotel, 5 estrellas😄
こちらは京都での臨時の宿泊先で、6日間5泊滞在しました。ここではとても安心して過ごすことができました。ホテルは控えめで美しく、フロントや清掃のスタッフの皆さんも本当に素晴らしかったです。京都での最後の楽しい思い出をくださり、ありがとうございました。||This was my temporary accommodation in Kyoto, where I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. I felt very safe and comfortable here. The hotel is discreet and beautiful, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Thank you for giving me such a happy final experience in Kyoto.

周辺のオススメ
The hotel is well located a few minutes walk from Nishiki Market. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are some nice touches that made our stay more pleasurable like a resident’s lounge with all-day complimentary tea and coffee, and Continental breakfast in the morning. If we were to return to Kyoto, we would definitely stay here again.
