Needed an O-ring of a specific size. The woman behind the desk was very thorough in her search through the manuals and the stock lists, but unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed in stock. Nevertheless, she went out of her way to find one that was as close as possible, and also made a call and informed me if I could wait 2 days, they'd get the right one in for me. Very helpful! And all this for a ¥39 item! I just can't believe that in this day and age she didn't just look it up on a computer because it all took quite a long time to flick through the pages of the lists. Anyway, if you need an O-ring for anything, there's no need to go anywhere else.
