富良野スキー場で転倒し近い整形外科をさがし受診しました。時間間際でしたが丁寧に対応して頂きました。手首を骨折していましたが、整復も痛くなくて感動しました。その後の経過も良好でとても感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

Sadly I had occasion to visit these kind folks twice in 24 hours. First for myself (fell and hurt my back) then the next day for my son (fell and cracked a bone in his wrist). We do not speak Japanese and these folks were super kind and accommodating - they helped us in our time of great need. The wait time was totally reasonable (under an hour) and their service was super fast. The attending physician spoke pretty good English and gave clear and helpful analysis and advice. I hope you don't have a occasion to have to visit them but if you have a need I expect you will find what we did - kind, helpful and effective care. Note that the checkin procedures were much easier than for the local hospital in Furano. E.g. if you have a clear orthopedic issue I recommend you come here rather than going to the hospital - you will take less time total and receive super good care. (Also the cost of the visits was entirely reasonable - far less than I would have expected).
