FACE HOUSE/顔の家の特徴
顔の形のオフィスが印象的で、ユニークな外観です。
小さな博物館とギフトショップが併設されていて楽しめます。
外にはガチャポンマシンもあり、可愛いお土産が手に入ります。
Visited on a day they were closed and the gashapon outside was out of stock. Please go when it's open so you have a better chance of getting a cute souvenir, don't make my mistake! Still a delightful building to look at, will be back if I'm ever able to return to Kyoto.
Such a cute location with a very unique/interesting history. They also have a small museum for the building and a gift shop. There’s a gachapon machine outside as well that had magnets of the house.

We had so much fun at Face House!! The owner was so kind & they even have their own gashapon!

ジャックのアンちゃんにも会うことができました。いろいろと感動でした。
もう何年前からあるのだろう、少なくとも25年前からはある有名建築ですきれいさを保たれていて、所有者か居住者の方を尊敬します田の字地区ですし、京都の景観に対してどうなの？といわれるエリアですし、まあもちろん合ってはいないんだけども、ここまで振り切っているからなのか、なんか笑顔だからか、憎めません笑車で通ったことしかなかったんですが、最近、歩きで通ったので写真を撮らせてもらいましたなんか愛おしい感じでした。
