Here’s an honest review:Very clean room. And for people not understanding the Japanese language, for the most part, the instructions provided by PDF were pretty good.The bathtub was non-operational. While the shower worked anytime you tried running the bath the water wouldn’t go into the tub, but it would be dispersed onto the floor. So that was awkward, and with all the other detailed instructions that they didn’t have detailed instructions for this had any scratch in my head.The location isn’t ideal if you are trying to be heading to various Tokyo areas. It is about a 3/10 of a mile walk to the Zōshiki station Which could connect you to the other parts of the Japanese train system.
首先訂房時已辦妥入住記錄，提供了個人資料及護照相片，並收到民宿電郵確認通知，但入住前2天再次入到民宿電郵需要辦理入住連結，入住前一天還沒有收到民宿入住指引及秘密鎖匙，所以馬上聯繫Trip.com客服跟進，並且透過民宿之前確認電郵查詢入住需知，但其回覆需要本人再提供個人資料及護照相片，辦一次入住需要本人3次資料，最後當天check in前半小時才到入住指引。優點：有2房單位，價格合理。缺點：距離車站步行約10分鐘，而且是火車途經點，又在主幹線傍，所以好嘈吵，洗衣機傍有很多頭髮，而且民宿沒有任何日用品提供，不會再入住也不會推介給朋友。
Great location! Clean!
Unfortunately, this was the worst place we stayed during our Asia trip. Right after checking in, we realized that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed — there were hairs on them. The floor hadn’t been swept either and had hair all over. Some of the towels in the bathroom had a strong perfume smell and even those had hair on them.We contacted the host, but since it was late, they said they couldn’t send new amenities that night and would arrange cleaning the next morning. However, this wasn’t acceptable for us as we were only staying for two nights — the room should have been properly cleaned before our arrival.The host offered us another room, but unfortunately that one wasn’t clean either and had a very strong mold smell. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
If you’re looking for a quiet Airbnb like hotel then this is definitely the place for you. My friends and I stayed here and it comfortably fit 6 people. Each couple had their own bed and room (one couple stayed in the living room). Very easy check in and check out process and extremely well kept. It is a super close walk to Zoshiki station which can get you to and from Tokyo easily. It is definitely a bit of a trip from Narita airport but it is definitely a nice and affordable hotel away from the busy city.

平價自助入住、Checking沒有即時回應有點插曲。算乾淨。社區停車場僅供部分住戶使用、房卡只有一張。廁所只有一間、廚房沒有電鍋紙巾、沒有備品、洗衣機沒有烘乾功能7-11走路約2分鐘。

Gran Grace is a new mixed used building with some of the rooms made available for short term stay.There is no concierge and the check in process is self guide with pre-sent information.The building is so new that google maps haven’t yet updated their street view.Room is pleasantly spacious and it’s right beside a police post and 7-11. Also love the fact that it’s easy to get to from Zoshiki station.

This house is so great. So clean and quiet. There is a big supermarket around the house, so we could buy grocery everyday. The train station is about 7 minutes on foot. The house has 3 double beds, a big refrigerator, gas stove with grill, pot, fan, many dishes and cups. So convenient. I highly recommend this house.
