駅から近く、羽田空港へのアクセスも抜群な便利な立地です。
清潔で快適な部屋には、便利な洗濯機も完備されています。
周辺には24時間営業のスーパーがあり、買い物にも非常に便利です。
Très agréable, chambre très propre et très classe, tout est fonctionnel. Présence de machine à laver, baignoire et douche avec chauffe eau réglable, lits confortables. Plusieurs magasins de proximité 24h/24 sont présents dans les parages (300m environs) la station de métro Otorii est très proche également, on peut se rendre dans les quartiers intéressants de Tokyo plutôt rapidement (en prenant compte de la taille gigantesque de la ville, une trentaine de minute à 1h pour ceux un peu plus éloignés). Pas cher, je conseille vivement si vous cherchez un rapport qualité/prix intéressant.
房子很乾淨，隔音也不錯但是早上沒有熱水.....
The apartment was clean and there is one supermarket just right beside our stay. The only thing was they don't have staff or office who station in the building which is very difficult to contact them. They only use email to communicate and the most worries was the luggage storage.We need to carry our luggage all the way to another station and walk almost 15 min to reach their office for our last day of stay. Sigh.

Nice, easy check in. Decent sized room. Very nice to have a washing machine in the room, that really helped our travel, as we prefer to only take carry on.
Très simplifié, tout est automatisé pour avoir accès à nos chambres même le soir. Endroit très propre.
Parfait et propre. Pratique car proche de l'aéroport d'haneda mais un peu loin du centre.

It’s very clean and close to the train station. The only thing is they don’t have an iron but other than that it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place. It’s close to Haneda Airport too. Only 2 stops away.

Очень классные апартаменты, очень чисто, техника на грани фантастики, кондей, он же обогреватель, мини кухонька с холодильником, микроволновкой и чайником, но без плиты, хорошая вентиляция помещения. Туалетная комнатка с отличным большим умывальником, стиральной машиной, унитаз с подогревом и все, как у японцов подмывом и т.п., душевая комнатка с офигенной вентиляцией и настраиваемым обдувом, который может так же греть воздух. Удобные жесткие кровати, но очень тонкие подушечки.
