I had a great experience here yesterday. The barber (old gentleman)was very nice, and he also did a hand message after cutting and shaving. I asked for really short cut, but he said he can not go too short. Shampooing seems to be included with service, but I declined. The total bill was only 2,600 yen. Btw, barber doesn’t speak English, but he is super nice.
