入住5晚，房間的空間和地點都很棒，離地鐵超近的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻不過Check in後一進房間，地板清潔沒有很乾淨，還留下前面住客的毛髮和黑色髒髒的痕跡，地板還有一層灰塵😅冷氣網也有一層塵蟎，可能要注意打掃細節。只好自行清潔一下地板和濾網，恢復乾淨度。因為語言不太通，服務人員很有耐心的等待溝通，最後順利入住了，很感謝🙏🏻
Near the train station, spacious and comes with all the necessities. Power tripped once when we were drying hair but other than that it was fine.
Diese Unterkunft ist super gelegen - nur zwei Häuserecken von der Station Omorimachi entfernt, in einer recht belebten Gegend, in der man quasi alles bekommt, was man zum Leben braucht.Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr sauber, klein aber gut aufgeteilt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt, von der Zahnbürste bis zum Staubsauger.Das Einchecken geht japantypisch problemlos per Tablet und Videochat, Zugang per Codes, Gepäckaufbewahrung ist im Foyer per Kette-Zahlenschloss möglich.Preislich etwas höher angesetzt, aber das dürfte der Lage geschuldet sein, durch die nahegelegene Station der Keikyū Linie ist man in ein paar Minuten am Bahnhof Shinagawa und von da aus quasi schnell überall.
部屋は綺麗だしエアコンテレビもあるので凄くいいです。特に浴室乾燥で服を乾かせるので荷物が少なく済みます。チェックインが少し不安な部分がありますがそれを除けば完璧な宿です。
Stayed with my husband and teen for 7 nights a few weeks ago. Loved the area, the ease of check in and communication with staff. Apartment was clean, nicely decorated and having a washing machine and small kitchen was a huge bonus. Few minutes walk to train station, bakeries, shops/supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely area to walk near the canals. Would definitely stay again in the future
Very easy check-in, you get a quick call where you need to show your face and passport, then get the room number and code. The rooms is good in size for three people. We loved the bath/shower combination (first time visit in Japan) and the toilet :D the location is great, right next to Omorimachi station and there are also several conbinis in the vicinity to choose from. One thing that we appreciated, which was not mentioned beforehand, is that you can lock your luggage at the entrance (using bike lock chains) if you arrive early. Really made the first day much easier, since we arrived a few hours before check-in.The only things we have to note are that you cannot really fully darken the room, that is gets a bit noisy at night due to near streets and that we did not get a third blanket (even after asking for one) as they have no on-site service/personell.All in all we very much enjoyed our stay here as our very first step to the first Japan vacation!
Recently stayed at Mini House Tokyo South for a short 5 day stay. Although a bit far from the city, this place is conveniently located from a less than 1 mins walk from Omorimachi station, which made commute easy.There are also a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby that is worth checking out. Some that are even open 24 hours making it perfect for those late night cravings.The studio apartment was quite spacious with a washer (no dryer) included, open mini kitchen with a small fridge and freezer. The place was very clean and felt welcoming after a long flight.Check-in and email communication was a great experience also. Staff was very quick to respond when I had to email with any inquiries. They were very helpful and made the accommodation stress free.
I recently stayed at MINI HOUSE Tokyo South with my wife and child for 10 days, and our experience was exceptional. One of the most delightful aspects of this property is its prime location, being very close to Omorimachi Station. This made our daily commutes and explorations of Tokyo extremely convenient.In addition to its proximity to the station, there are several convenience stores and dining options within walking distance. Our favorite dining spot was Sukiya, which operates 24 hours a day, making it perfect for late-night meals.The property itself is clean and comfortable. The rooms are well-insulated from noise, ensuring a peaceful stay even though the property is near a main road. Despite its location, the traffic noise was minimal.The in-room facilities were excellent. The inclusion of a washing machine was particularly useful, although it’s worth noting that the machine does not have an automatic dryer, so clothes need to be air-dried. While there was no drying rack, the bathroom's compact design allowed us to hang our clothes to dry there conveniently.Overall, my family and I had a very pleasant stay. The property’s location made it easy for us to explore Tokyo, and we could relax comfortably at the end of each day.One point to note for travelers with children is that the property considers children over the age of 7 as adults, and the maximum occupancy for a unit is three people. This is important to keep in mind when planning your stay.I highly recommend MINI HOUSE Tokyo South for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in Tokyo.

It is an apartment-style accommodation that truly feels like having your own place in Tokyo. The room is spacious, clean, and well designed for comfort. It has a separate WC, a bathtub, and a separate washbasin area, which is especially convenient for longer stays. The unit is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, induction stove, sofa bed, dining table, and TV.Despite being very close to the railway and station (only a 2-minute walk), the apartment is quiet and well soundproofed, so noise was not an issue at all. The surrounding area has convenience stores, cafe, and restaurants within walking distance, making daily needs easy. There is also chained luggage storage, and the video-call check-in at the lobby was smooth and efficient. Overall, a clean, quiet, and very practical place to stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.
