After looking at UR website multiple times and looking for a place to live that is close to the city centre, has good connectivity to both Tokyo and Yokohama, shinkansen station etc, I think Yashio ranks at the top, although a bit pricey rent wise, the rent to square footage ratio is pretty satisfying. Also, great neighbourhood.
