The room is Nice and clean, the bed is nice and comfortable. It also has a desk and a Fridge. The common area is also clean. It has showers and toilets on every floor. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. The location is near Haneda airport but far from the City center. It’s convenient if you have an early flight.
Das Gebäude zu finden war im dunklen nicht ganz einfach, weil es nirgends ein Schild oder Hinweis gab. Außerdem war die Anleitung zum Zutritt sehr verwirrend und inhaltlich falsch, da beschrieben wurde wo ein Schlüssel zu bekommen ist, allerdings haben Codes die Schlüssel ersetzt. Außerdem wurde nicht beschrieben dass die code Eingabe erfordert, dass die Eingabevorrichtung geschlossen und geöffnet werden muss damit ein code eingegeben werden kann. Das war alles sehr unangenehm und stressig, da ich nachts im Dunkeln bei Regen vor verschlossenen Türen stand und die Anleitung sehr schlecht übersetzt und verwirrend gewesen ist
一整棟房子裡隔了15間房間,每層樓只有兩間廁所一間浴室,地板與鞋櫃非常髒,我的房間的門甚至是壞的,有特定角度才能關上。
방에 매우 심각한 문제가 있었고 그것을 해결하기 위한 전화통화가 매우 많았습니다. 문제를 해결하고 나서는 괜찮게 숙박할 수 있습니다.

Unfortunately I never leave a bad review but this place is the first to get me…To start off the price for this place is extremely high for what it is… I hate to say I almost feel like I’ve been misled into believing that this situation would be good… $136US for 2 nights… Wild.Two service is absolutely minimal… asked to check in early days in advance and was told “sorry no… it costs 2200yen per hour…” what? If I want to check in 2 hours in advance that’s almost the price for a whole night! On top of that they delayed our check in by 30 min at 4:00pm because the cleaners where late…. Ended up checking in at 4:45… latest check in I’ve ever had. Feel like we got robbed out of our first night…very strict and adamant about check in/check out times and replied with the same messages over chat. Zero accommodation or sympathy as a business owner to our situation besides a “we understand this is frustrating” message… I gave up communication with them knowing it will be met with automated responses and zero care to the customer.Also on booking they charge about 17,000 yen in fees but I can not think of what justifies that.Empty bottle of alcohol in my shoe box showing signs of negligence and care for customer.The room was advertised as a single bed with a futon but was not provided futon and I ended up sleeping on the floor both nights while my partner slept on the bed… room was clean though. Clean fridge but dusty AC… glad the window can open… but after all most expensive floor I’ve ever payed for 😂Furthermore the washer and dryers are so bad ended up waiting about 2 to almost 3 hours for my laundry to dry for me to just give up and leave with wet clothes. 2 out of 3 machines work… 2nd machine smelled of mildew (had to use that one) because the 3rd machine is broken.Finally the shower was so small and dirty plus it smells odd… so do the hall ways like mildew covered by floral cleaner…Overall highly disappointing experience and really would like my money back but I don’t believe that’s possible… very unfortunate because if it wasn’t so expensive non of this would be an issue but when you pay such high prices you expect there to be better services and communications.Spend the extra $20 and get a legit hotel… sorry but this place needs to really improve on its work ethics…Again I am very sorry for this rating as I really try to avoid writing bad reviews. I believe most business don’t deserve a low quality review even when they fumble because that’s just business and life! but again… we payed way too much for this to be the situation we ended up with…
