料理の質が高く、特に神戸牛が絶品でした。
We enjoyed meat, fish, and Japanese food.Each dish was of a high level and delicious, but as they only allow one group at a time in the restaurant, the service was extremely polite and I was impressed.The chef gave us a lot of explanations about Japanese food, so we were able to enjoy Japanese food with our ears as well as our mouths.I was surprised there were so few reviews, but I felt the price was cheap considering the quality of the ingredients.If you're looking for average quality food, there are more casual restaurants out there.I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to savor the delicate differences in Japanese flavors and make a lasting memory of the comfortable time they had the restaurant all to themselves.
We had an amazing experience here. It isn’t cheap, but food was best we had in Japan, the Kobe was delicious. Also you get a private chef and staff which is really nice and fancy. Only con is you have to pay for rice, that is my pet peeve with Asian restaurants that charge for rice, it’s so cheap to make and should be free.

先日初めて利用しました 予約してなかったので断られる事も覚悟して電話しましたが、素晴らしい対応で気をつけてお越しくださいませとのお返事を頂きましたセンスの光る外観、内装、インテリア、食器やカトラリー、飾られている花まで全てこだわりのある素晴らしい店内。その上突然の訪問に関わらず、ホスピタリティー溢れるスマートな接客。初めて伺いましたが、初めてとは思えないほど居心地の良い空間になり、流石の接客だと感動しましたお料理はアラカルトで注文、シャトーブリアンとサーロイン、伊勢海老、焼き野菜、ガーリックライスを頂きました伊勢海老にかけられたソースも抜群、野菜も噛むとジュースが溢れてきますお肉は希少な血統の但馬牛、部位ごとの味わいを堪能できましたお値段は決してお安くはないですが、あの空間とお食事を堪能できたなら満足でした特別な記念日にまた、伺えたらと思いますまだ行ったことのない方はぜひ一度、あの空間とお料理を堪能してみて下さい。
外国人のお客様を接待するため利用しました。お店の雰囲気は明るく、とても居心地が良かったです。やはり高価なお店は接客も気になるところ。こちらでは、一流のおもてなしをしてくださいました。鉄板焼きも素晴らしく美味しかったです。目の前で焼いてくださいましたので、海外のお客様も喜ばれていました。プライベート、仕事、どちらにも最適な場所と思いました。今後も利用していこうと思います。ありがとうございました。
女子会で利用しました♪久しぶりに非現実的なゆったりとした素敵な時間を過ごせました！お料理も美味しく、サービスの人達も丁寧でした！今度は家族でも利用したいです。
One of the highlights of our trip. Not our cheapest lunch option but well worth the price considering the level of service and unique opportunity to sample some of the finest beef on the planet. Time and money well spent.
Me, my wife and 4 children had a wonderful dinner in Sima, while there was only one review, we thought of passing by, we liked the place and decided to have a dinner in a private teppanyaki room. The chef was so nice and attentive, we ate one of the best kobe beef while we are in Japan, as well as the see food (I.e. shark fin, lobster, and tiger prawns). The chef was very experienced, and we felt like at home. Our waiter Fujita was so attentive and was translating to the chef what we wanted. It was one of the unforgettable dinners and experiences we had in Japan. Sima on top ⬆️
以前お誕生日で利用させていただきました。お料理はもちろん、ソムリエがいらっしゃるので美味しい料理と共に美味しいお酒を厳選してくださいます。また絶対に行きたいお店。人気店になると思います。
