老闆很有匠人精神,專注烹飪的氣場令人敬佩(用完調料瓶會把標籤轉正的細節非常可愛🤭)老闆娘提供了我們一些旅遊上的資訊,夫婦兩人聽到我們從何而來時也給予了尊重,令我們感到非常貼心。謝謝這間店帶給我們的道地的居酒屋體驗,我與友人都非常喜愛。餐點上最推薦炸蝦天婦羅,真的非常美味!厚切叉燒對我們而言稍微鹹了。
It is interesting how fate brought my friends and I to this 9 seater restaurant run by a beautiful couple. The first restaurant we went was not offering food and fortunately our noses led us to this restaurant.As I went in I was greeted by this couple who couldn’t speak any English. Some exchange of sign languages later. 5 of us were seated on the counter.The menu for the day consisted of skewers. We ordered the thick gut gyu tongue, chicken skewers, home made marinated mackerel.One of my friends spoke basic Japanese and that broke the ice. It also helped that one of the regulars Tama san spoke some English.A truly local Japanese restaurant that we managed to interact with local Japanese people and experience their authentic humorous selves. As more Sochu and alcohol was consumed, the whole dinner vibe was so welcoming. So much laughter was shared that we wanted to book for next night’s dinner but they were closed the next night.Fortunately, the chef and his wife said that they would open their place for dinner for us again the next night.The food for the second night was tempura sushi and sukiyaki.
This is the english review you're looking for but I'm sorry to disappoint that master and mama (that's what you call the chef and his wife running the izakaya) cannot speak a word of english. In fact you will probably be turned down if you can't speak japanese at all because they feel they can't give you adequate service - which is true because the menu is entirely hand-written in Japanese and you have to write your down in japanese as well. This izakaya is a neighbourhood favorite in the countryside of Toya, although very close to the JR station. They serve local dishes and everything is cooked freshly, even in front of you. Honestly this izakaya was the best part of my Hokkaido tour and my dying wish is to visit again even if it costs me an arm. I am so glad to have discovered this gem and if you speak some japanese, don't hesitate to come in and demonstrate skills. If master acknowledges the fact that you are trying you may be in for one of the best meals in your life.
ホテルで食べるのに味気なさを感じ、口コミを見て訪問しました。ご主人と奥さまのお持てなし、そして、お客様として来られてきた方との会話が弾み、また来てみたいと思わせる店です。遠方から来る価値があり、お勧めの店です。

本当は教えたくない。JR室蘭本線洞爺駅徒歩3分の居酒屋さんです。隔週木曜日はお寿司の日。要予約です。豚串と焼き鳥はイチオシ。揚げ出し豆腐もオススメ。気さくなマスターとママがお出迎えしてくれます。もう一度言うけど、本当は教えたくないお店です。
大阪から飛び込みでおじゃましましたが、地元の方々と仲良く会話させてもらって楽しい時間と美味しい料理であっと言う間に時間が過ぎました。又必ずおじゃまします。
揚げ出し豆腐は必ず食べます。マスターは寿司職人だから、月に2回お寿司の日があり、職人のお寿司が食べられる☺年越しも予約で美味しいお寿司と、御節が頼めるのですごーく助かってます。🎵
