Japanese Calligraphy Workshop -Shodo Salon Toyosu-の特徴
書道サロンでの体験は日本旅行のハイライトとなりました。
美しい巻物と扇子を持ち帰れた思い出が心温まる体験です。
眺めの良い場所で、教えてくれる優しい先生に感謝！
Superbe experience ! Très pédagogue. Experience hyper relaxante merci encore ! Parfait pour apprendre la calligraphie japonaise
Yu-sensei is very nice teacher. She gives very detailed instructions and helps you through the stroke motions instead of just telling you. There are many character options to choose from and you will even get a character for your name! I really recommend this to those looking for a relaxed and informed calligraphy course!
This is a MUST-do experience as a tourist! Yu is an amazing instructor. She provided such a comfortable, peaceful and intimate space for us to learn first-hand the art of Japanese calligraphy. She also allowed us to customize our phrases to ones we resonated with instead of the standard/recommended phrases. We highly recommend this experience!
The calligraphy experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and spent a really nice time. Our instructor Yu is very kind and gives attention to everyone. I highly recommend it — it’s a great way to spend your time. I recommend it and send my regards 😊
Yu is the best instructor! So patient and kind and very helpful and overall an amazing teacher. Very encouraging as well, even when someone made a small mistake :) would love to do another class with her when I come back!
Me and family thoroughly enjoyed the experience! My 7 and 4 year old were completely engrossed and Yu very patiently taught all of us the different kanji characters which we chose to write. We ended with 2 hanging scrolls, 2 message boards for the kids and great memories!! Would definitely recommend this for an authentic Japanese experience with a wonderful and friendly host!
Amazing lesson and Yu is so kind! do not miss this experience . We had a blast !!
Incredible experience! We were taught how to do classic Japanese calligraphy. Yu is a great teacher and welcomed us well.We first practiced a lot and then were given a few items to choose from to write our final word in shodo. The result was great! In the end Yu also gave us small presents.By the way, the view from the studio is also amazing!
І really enjoyed the calligraphy class at Shodo-Salon! The instructor is a very beautiful and pleasant person and explained all the nuances. In addition, I was treated to delicious tea and sweets, which was very kind :) And as a very pleasant bonus, there was an incredible view of the city from the studio windows!

Прекрасный мастер класс по японской каллиграфии. Отличные условия и очень приятный преподаватель. Само занятие похоже на медитацию после шумного и жарком Токио. Удобно совместить до или после TeamLab Planet. Очень рекомендую.
