I bought my first L.V. here. The staff are nice, they leave you alone and encourage you to explore their merchandise. Also, I got the bag I bought authenticated by another company and they’re 100% real. If I have time I might come back to get another item. Thanks!
Nice selection of bags, shop assistant speak fluent English and offer knowledgeable advice
Nicely curated selection of designer handbags and goods. Bags are grouped by brands, fyi. Prices are reasonable, and as with most secondhand stores in Tokyo, the items are in very good to excellent condition. The sales staff are nice, and even encouraged me to use the mirrors to see how the bag looks and feels. Definitely recommend.
店員是很帥的男生，服務好好呢。這裡可以選到各種拍子的包包，價格公道，我注意到包的狀態保持良好。因我是外國人，被店員關照的問是否帶了護照可以免稅，我禮貌回答謝謝了，我不是遊客，留學生不能免稅的。店員非常有禮貌和笑容滿面，且可以用英文介紹包的優點。我對此次購買感到滿意。

I bought a Cartier backpack here, great condition and the selection they have is pretty good. However, the person handling the bag at checkout had long nails and managed to cause scratch when they were packing it/dropped it. They should handle with care, especially since the condition of it was impecable.. At that point I had already paid so I didn't feel like saying much, but at home I saw it was visible, sadly.
