I’ve been coming here for years and sit and talk with the owner, Skinny. Skinny is the best guy ever. Wish I could give 6 stars. Number one place place to eat in Sasebo :) ❤️
Skinny's Windmill is a hidden gem in Sasebo! Life-changing yakisoba and amazing fried chicken. I go several times a week when in Sasebo. Very small place and fills up fast. Skinny loves jazz and always has good music playing.
